A short rant about student loans

evil overlords are trying to thwart my escape plans. Apparently, as I have the audacity to already have a degree, I'm not entitled to a student loan. That's a loan, not a grant. A loan, something you pay back, not a gift. Something I will repay (eventually) with interest.

It seems a little churlish of the government to restrict access to higher education in this way. Anyone remember 'Education, education, education'?

I will have my revenge eventually. As a penniless bohemian artist I fully intend to take the Arts Council for every penny I can get.
